- Pay a 50% depositA minimum 50% deposit holds your order. We can take it over the phone or in person. The rest is due at pickup, or you can pay for everything when you order.
- Pick up or deliveryWe cater anywhere. Pick up your order hot and ready to serve, or we can deliver for a fee based on distance. Call for details. Utensils, napkins and sauces included.

A medium tray serves 20 to 25 people and a large tray serves 45 to 50 people.
